Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Details

Should you decide to modify or cancel your conference registration, you may be subject to fees, as outlined on this form.  Please note that if you are due to receive a refund of any amount, this will be paid to you after the conference has concluded.

Email sga2009@jcu.edu.au to request cancellation of registration. Only email from the registrant will be accepted and all details must be the same as on the registration.

 

Registration Refund Policy

Cancellation of your registration may result in a fee, as detailed below:

  • Before 31 May 2009: Full refund
  • Between 1 June 2009 and 15 June 2009: 75% refund
  • After 15 June 2009: No refund

Activity Refund Policy

Cancellation of your field trips or workshops will result in a fee, as detailed below:

  • Before 31 May 2009: 95% refund
  • Between 1 June 2009 and 15 June 2009: 50% refund
  • After 15 June 2009: No refund
